Corporate and Charity Lupine Races

We design and deliver bespoke Lupine Races for corporate organisations and charities, creating point to point challenges using public transport and mystery checkpoints. These events are tailored to support your objectives, whether that is fundraising, brand engagement, team building or awareness campaigns. Races can start in London or another agreed location and often conclude at a meaningful destination or live event, adding impact to the finish experience.

Our approach is flexible. We can create accessible routes where most entrants are likely to complete the challenge, or increase the difficulty through tighter deadlines, longer distances and more remote checkpoints for a tougher competitive experience.

Entrant Support and Event Logistics

We can manage participant communication, enquiries and registrations on your behalf, acting as the main point of contact for entrants before and during the race. This includes travel guidance, event updates, briefings and support throughout the event, including emergency coverage where required.

For charity events, we recommend that entry fees are collected directly by the charity to protect fundraising income and avoid unnecessary VAT impact. Lupine Racing then operates as a supplier for the delivery of the event, ensuring a clean and efficient financial structure.

Delivery Models and Budget Control

We offer two main ways of working depending on how involved you would like to be. Our core consultancy package covers race design, checkpoints, rules, route modelling, tracking and entrant communications, ideal if you have volunteers or local partners able to support on the ground.

For a fully managed experience, our turn key service includes staffing the start and finish, checkpoint coordination and end of event celebrations or awards. Both approaches are scalable and fully customisable to your budget, timeframe and operational requirements, ensuring your Lupine Race delivers a professional and memorable experience with full transparency on costs.

What Our Clients Say
“When we set out on what initially felt like a wildly ambitious fundraising idea, we knew we’d need the right professional support to bring it to life to make it a true success.

Lupine Travel/Lupine Racing stood out immediately, with their proven longevity in the travel industry, experience running ‘travel races’, and most importantly straight away show casing they had a flexible, adaptable approach to making this work. From the outset, it was clear that their focus was on helping us achieve the result we hoped for, and they delivered exactly that.

Our core goal was to raise as much as possible for our chosen charity, drawing support not just from within our business, but also from external networks to truly maximise impact. Incredibly, we raised more than four times our original fundraising target.

But the success wasn’t just financial. One of the most rewarding outcomes has been the incredible camaraderie built among our racing teams and the rest of the business who got behind the initiative with their brilliant and creative fundraising ideas.

The goodwill, energy, and sheer feel-good factor this experience created have been off the charts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a similar event to any other business especially when it’s supported and delivered by a partner as capable and committed as Lupine Travel/Lupine Racing.”

Some feedback from the racers
“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to take part in Phoenix’s Race for a Reason. This has genuinely been one of the best travel experiences that I’ve had. To do this, and raise money for St Leonard’s Hospital makes all the early mornings, late nights, and hour upon hour on the train even more worth it!”
— Chris S.
“After some rest and recuperation, I can genuinely say that R4AR was one of the most emotional, enjoyable and gruelling personal challenges I've ever undertaken. I feel incredibly proud of our team, looking back we hit all checkpoints, trebled our fundraising challenge and came second overall!”
— Dave L.
“The race was such a unique and fun experience; nothing like I’ve ever done before. I feel a great sense of pride having taken part and proud of what we’ve achieved for St Leonards especially knowing that the money we’ve raised is all going to a great cause!”
— Fenella G.
“Feeling amazing after such a great experience and feel super proud of the money that has been raised! That makes the tiredness and long days worth it! Would do it again in a heartbeat!”
— Mark J.
“Race for a Reason was a totally unique, unforgettable 4 days that I’m really grateful I was able to experience. Not something I’d normally consider but had a great time with really good people and felt pretty proud of everyone when the final total was announced.”
— Phil G.
“Like all competitors I went into this with limited information and expectations, but this really was an amazing experience. It was true escapism, where your only thoughts are train times, checkpoint tasks and where you’ll eat and sleep.”
