Introducing the Benelux Bounce 2027

The Bounce is a fast-paced adventure across the three countries of the Benelux, part of a growing series of regional challenges across Europe. This format is all about freedom, creativity and fast decision-making. You will race between scattered checkpoints in any order, with each one offering a different number of points. Choose your route carefully, make smart use of the region's rail and bus networks, and pick up as many points as you can before the clock runs out.

The event is designed around the 3-day Eurail or Interrail Benelux Pass for long-distance travel, making it easier to budget for your journey. You are also welcome to use other public transport options within the rules if it gives you an edge. There is a base point target to earn your finisher's medal, but the real prize is at the top of the leaderboard. Highest score takes the crown.

This event is designed as one of our more accessible Lupine Races. To complete the challenge there is a minimum requirement that involves visiting at least one checkpoint in each of the three countries of the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg), plus a minimum points requirement that might call for one or two more checkpoint visits.

If you are anxious about planning accommodation on the fly, pre-booking one night in Luxembourg and one in the Netherlands would put you in a good position to complete the challenge. It would even be possible to finish the event based fully out of Brussels, though it would require a lot of back and forth.

Those going for the top spots will need to plan accommodation on the fly to optimise their strategy, using moves such as grabbing the Eurostar from Brussels to Amsterdam to gain time, as well as making use of the handful of overnight buses in the region running between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Luxembourg City.
